Terms and conditions for online purchases

Currency

All ticket prices for Elite Theatre are in Canadian dollars.

Payment Methods

We only accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard).

Price Setting and Availability

CINE-Manager.com sells tickets on behalf of Elite Theatre, operated by Magic Lantern Theatres.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number by email after submitting payment information, if you receive an error message, or if there is a service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to check with customer service to see if your order has been processed or not. You are the only person who knows about the issues encountered during the purchase process. CINE-Manager.com cannot be held responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not processed because you did not receive a confirmation.

Service Fees

A ticket purchased through CINE-Manager.com is subject to an additional service fee ranging from $0.50 to $1.50 depending on the product purchased.

Postponed or Canceled Events

There may be occasions where screenings or activities at Elite Theatre are canceled. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for that event. If you purchase a ticket via CINE-Manager.com, and a refund is issued by Elite Theatre, a credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase, and the ticket holder will not be able to obtain a refund by presenting the ticket in person.

Date and Show Changes

To change the date, time, or movie on your ticket, you must contact customer service at elite@magiclanterntheatres.ca at least 1 hour before the start of the screening. We will not make any changes or refunds if the request is sent after the start of the screening.

Refunds

You must carefully verify your choice of movie, date, and time before completing your transaction, as unless otherwise indicated, no refunds are granted once your transaction is processed.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after verification of the billing address and other billing information. Sometimes we receive inaccurate billing or credit card information. This may delay the processing and delivery of ticket orders. In these cases, Elite Theatre's customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we cannot reach you, your order may be canceled, and your tickets may be sold to other customers.

Electronic Ticket Delivery Methods

Electronic tickets are delivered by email. You print them yourself. Unlike traditional tickets, the electronic ticket is printed from your computer. It uses a unique and different barcode (QR) for each purchase.

Price Errors

If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether due to the erroneous publication of the price on this website or in another communication, or the purchase of a ticket before the pre-sale date or that was not intended to be released, then CINE-Manager.com reserves the right to cancel the ticket (or the sale of the ticket) and refund the amount paid. This provision applies whether due to human error or technical failure of this website or another system operated by CINE-Manager.com.
